What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity depends on the size of the sticker and the material selected.

In case you have special requirements or would like to order smaller quantities, please contact us. We’ll be happy to guide you and help find the best solution for your needs.

How many designs can be included in an order?

Up to 10 different designs can be included in a single order (e.g. 10 Designs × 20 pieces each = 200 Stickers in Total).

! All designs must be of the same Material and Size.

It is possible to combine different materials and sizes through our Sticker Pack category. In this case, a customized quote will be provided, with a minimum order of 50 pieces per Sticker Pack.

What are the options for the finished look, and how do I choose which one to go for?

We offer the options of Glossy and Matte finish, to choose based on the desirable effect.
For the best results, we recommend the Glossy finish for designs with bright, vibrant colors. It enhances color intensity and gives your stickers a shiny, eye-catching finish.
Matte finish is ideal for muted or softer designs. That said, bright or light colors can still be used with a matte finish—the result will simply appear softer and less reflective.

How do I set up a high-resolution / print-ready file?

To ensure your stickers are of the highest quality, please follow the guidelines below before sending your artwork:

File Format:
The design should be prepared as a Vector graphic in PDF, EPS, PNG, AI, or as a High-Resolution JPEG. Avoid screenshots and low-quality mages.

Resolution & DPI:
Files should ideally be designed in 300 dpi or higher for sharp printing.

Colors:
We advise that the Color Model used is CMYK, as it is more suitable for printing, achieving consistent colors every time.

Size:
The design does not need to follow the sizing of the desirable sticker size. Our team can adjust it accordingly, without any loss of quality.

Cut-Outs / Contours:
If the Stickers are to be cut perimetrically around the design, our Team takes care of the relevant process to ensure precise and clean results.

Fonts & Layers:

Text should be converted to Outlines / Paths or be included with its respective Font files. Layers should be kept organized for easy editing, if needed.

Final Check:
The file should be opened on multiple devices to make sure there are no issues before sharing it further.

If there is uncertainty about the resolution or formatting of the file, our Team is happy to assist, ensuring perfect results.

How do I prepare a design with white underprint?

To achieve a full-color printing on our special materials such as Holographic, Glitter, Transparent, Crystal Holo, and Mirror, your file should include two separate layers:

-           Layer 1: White Underprint / Base Layer

This layer contains the white ink, which acts as both a base and a color layer. Without it, colors printed on top may appear dull or incorrect, and the material underneath will reflect strongly. Specific areas can be chosen, where you want the base material to show through or combine the white layer with selected colors from your design

-           Layer 2: Design / Color Layer

This layer includes the artwork that will be printed on top of the white ink, ensuring your design appears vibrant and true to color on the special material.

How long does an order need to be prepared and shipped-out?

Printing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of each order. Once the printing process is complete, the orders are being packaged and shipped-out.
