Corrections or Returns:
If there is a mistake on our part in your order (e.g., wrong product, low-quality print, or damaged stickers during shipping), we are committed to correcting the issue, sending a replacement, or, if necessary, issuing a refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Customer Errors:
If the issue is due to information or files provided by you, Stickit cannot be held responsible for the result. We often receive low-resolution designs, such as mobile screenshots or images from the internet, which are not suitable for high-quality printing.
Proper File Resolution:
To ensure the best possible results, please send files in PDF (vector), EPS, PNG, AI, or high-resolution JPEG formats.
Ideally, for high-quality printing, we recommend PDF files in CMYK color profile.
Shipping Times:
Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page. In case of delays, we always notify our customers and provide a tracking number.
Returns for Custom Products:
Since our products are custom-made, refunds or replacements are only available in case of our error. Changes of mind by the customer are not eligible for returns.
